Physics Minded is an early-stage startup operating at the intersection of research consultancy, education, and AI model development.

Founded by Dr. Hodjat Mariji, a Ph.D. holder in theoretical nuclear physics with over 18 years of multidisciplinary research experience, the company bridges the gap between advanced physics theory and real-world applications.

Dr. Mariji has led and/or contributed to a wide range of projects in both academia and industry, spanning theoretical nuclear and high-energy physics, compact stars, nano- and micro-scale heat transfer, metamaterials, aero-optics, electromagnetic wave propagation, flexibility's sensitivity indices in smart electrical grids, remote sensing, and AI-assisted data processing. He received multiple awards in education, higher education, research, and AI model training excellence. His expertise reflects a deep integration of engineering, computational modeling, and core physical science.

As an educator with over two decades of teaching experience, Dr. Mariji has taught physics at various levels — from high school to graduate programs — using a unique, concept-oriented teaching methodology. This approach, tested and proven, lies at the heart of Physics Minded's educational mission: to demystify complex physics for learners at all levels.

In addition to research and teaching, Physics Minded actively contributes to the training of generative AI models by preparing, testing, and refining high-quality prompts together with stepwise solutions and rubrics rooted in scientific reasoning, in addition to deeply evaluating and auditing the AI models' responses. This AI-focused work enhances the startup's capability to innovate at the frontier of technology and education.
